How To: Submit a Helpdesk Ticket

As part of our mission to provide outstanding service, WEFUnity has a helpdesk portal to assist users with any and all issues for both the browser and mobile app versions of the platform. To submit a ticket, simply click on the "Helpdesk" tab and then the "Submit a Helpdesk Ticket" button. Then, fill out the linked form with as much information as you can and click submit. Our support team will be back to you within one business day or less.
