Join the Water Environment Federation and University of Colorado-Boulder for a short course for Operators who have either recently advanced to a management role or are looking to advance in the future. Operate with Excellence: Leadership and Management Skills provides students with skills in leadership, management, utility finance, ethics, justice, and equity specific to the water industry. Designed for working professionals, this course provides the tools you need to produce results and solve increasingly complex problems in the water profession. Courses are taught by senior water professionals and operators, delivered on campus with live streamed/recorded options online, allowing working operators around the world to begin bridging the gap to management and leadership.
