New CLC Steering Committee Vice Chair: Ian Fife

The WEF Community Leadership Council (CLC) Steering Committee would like to welcome Ian Fife to his new leadership role as CLC Steering Committee Vice Chair. Ian will continue to provide his leadership expertise, strategic thinking, communication, and planning acumen to advance WEF's vision by guiding our communities.

Ian Fife is the Vice President of Sales at WesTech Engineering – a water and wastewater treatment equipment manufacturer. He received his bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and an MBA from Brigham Young University and is a registered engineer in the State of Utah. He has served on the WEF Industrial Wastewater Committee for over 11 years and most recently as a CLC Director over Leadership Development & Conferences within WEF’s Committee Leadership Council. Ian is married to Lisa, and they have four boys together and reside in Layton, Utah. He enjoys acting & improv and anything that involves a mountain, lake, or golf course.

The WEF Community Leadership Council (CLC) Steering Committee would like to welcome Rasha Maal-Bared to her new leadership role as CLC Steering Committee Chair. Rasha will continue to work hard to support WEF communities and serve their membership. She is part of a tremendous team that includes her vice chair, Ian Fife, and the CLC Community of Practice Directors, Scott Schaefer, James Barsanti, D
